At Elston Hall we are very proud to have strong links with the community.

Library Services

Sandra Williamson from Central Library visited our assemblies to celebrate 'National Library Day' and to encourage children to use their local library.

Marie Curie

Year 4 took part in Marie Curie's 'Mini Pots of Care' where they had to plant and take care of their daffoldils. They were sponsored for this too.

They took care of the daffodils like the nurses take care of the patients and families! We were visited by Alysia from Marie Curie who talked to us about 'The Great Daffodil Appeal'. Daffodils were sold in school throughout March at a suggested donation of £1.

PC Trudi Hillman
