Hello Yellow - Supporting Children’s Mental Health
On October 10th, our school proudly took part in the Hello Yellow campaign for World Mental Health Day. Everyone wore yellow to show support and stand together for children’s mental health.
We all struggle with our feelings sometimes, and that can be hard. During our Hello Yellow Day, we promoted the message that we are not alone and that there are people who can help.
Students took part in many fun activities, like yoga, dancing, and singing our favorite songs. We also practiced gratitude, thinking about the things we are thankful for. These activities made us smile and helped us think about our feelings.
It was a wonderful day where we learned to take care of our minds and support each other.
